Post 1: Traffic

As Promised, I would update this website regularly to discuss the topics that are important to you.

I will start with one of my issues. Traffic. Not simply the amount of traffic, but more the speed. All too often there are vehicles driving through town at speeds well above the posted speed. This is not ok. We have a community to protect and preserve. This community includes children, seniors and everything in between.

I get it, we're a commuter town. Life happens, and we can often be late. It's all too easy to try and make up time on the road. Unfortunately, I disagree. The life altering experience one would endure after colliding with a pedestrian is simply not worth the few recovered minutes.

I intend to bring this issue to council and develop ways as a team to try and generate more traffic control ideas to promote community safety.
